ScanAcc provides businesses with a public payment profile and a scannable QR code that displays their own bank account details. ScanAcc does not process payments and is not a financial institution.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the bank details you publish and for keeping your login credentials confidential. Notify us immediately at nuuxperience@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

You may not use ScanAcc to impersonate another business, display account details you do not lawfully control, or facilitate any illegal activity. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules.

The service is provided "as is". We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability and we are not liable for losses arising from a customer typing or paying into the wrong account.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
